Louis 'Satchmo' Armstrong could be called one of the most influential people ever to be a part of the music industry and one of the best jazz musicians of all time. Most people remember him for his signature raspy voice and giant grin, as well as his amazing talent as a jazz trumpeter and a scat singer. As a renowned improvisational performer and brilliant scat singer, some critics say that Armstrong essentially invented jazz singing.
